Today I receieved couple of notifications regarding a buyer who was filing cases for non delivered items. All items had been delivered successfuly as shown in ebay tracking system and yet the buyer still filed the case. Next few minutes later I received another notifications saying that all cases had been resolved and ebay customer support have refunded the buyer. I really don't understand this. Did any of you have the same experience?

Sounds like eBay is taking care of these silly open claims by some of your buyers.
A buyer can open a claim against you for 3+ months in eBay...it does not mean the buyer will win.
eBay allows buyers to open claims even with tracking and delivery.
I would say eBay closed the claims against the buyers...but did not refund them.
I have had a number of buyers who request a refund months later...none won...and I think it states nowhere the buyer got refunded by Ebay...the claim closed does not mean eBay refunded the buyer usually.
Some buyers think a seller might give a refund afraid they might lose the claim or could be the seller is new at this and not know how to handle it.
You being established in Indonesia and as a great seller I commend you.
You are doing a great job.

Did you provide the tracking numbers proving delivery?

When you receive the notification of a case being opened for item not received, you NEED to enter the tracking number when responding to the opened case. Just because tracking number is shown on the shipping information does not mean it will also be transferred to the case; you have to do that manually. You could go back and try to enter that information and see if it can be reversed.

I'm assuming you mean EBAY refunded on their dime? That the tracking was showing in the item? Could be that the buyer gave a sob story and they gave a courtesy refund.

Yesss. I think my post was pretty clear. The items were successfully delivered. It is shown in the ebay tracking system as well as in the post office tracking system. And ebay sent refund to the buyer and my balance is fully intact no deductions.

Did these items go through the EIS program by chance?
