I have been selling on ebay for years I had almost 1800 positive feedbacks until I got an unfair negative. Immediatly I no longer had the option of having them call me back. I cannot even get a way to email them. Do they remove this ability to get call backs when you get just one negative as it happened immediatly. I have no way anymore to contact them. This is terriable service.

If you select this, have an agent contact you button becomes available.

I already asked to have the feedback removed. Even though he used foul language in the feedback and lies they took his side. The lady said they could get the words removed then she said no even though she said it against their policy and would remove it she changed her mind. I cannot even contact them about this. I dont understand why I cannot get someone to call me back I never had this issue does ebay do this to people when they just have one negative?

Ebay is very petty and rancorous when it comes to actually asking them for help. As a seller, everything is your fault. And if you "annoy" them, they take away all your privileges.

Same thing happened to me the other day. I checked my wife's account and she was able to receive a call back. Patience is wearing thin. Getting so tired of the constant errors/ games. This is not the eBay from the golden age by any means.

Several sellers on this discussion reporting the eBay call back option is not available to them devon@ebay . Is this a tech issue, or is it possible for eBay to remove that option from a seller's account?
Not asking you to reveal any account-specific info; just wondering if what these sellers are seeing might be a tech error that should be reported.

Happened to me too!
Going through the chat bot and typing AGENT does not get a call back link, only option to send email.
What is going on with this? I have been selling on eBay since 2001!
Now I can't even talk to a human about issues with my account?

I forgot to mention that if I sign in with my purchasing account, Have us Call you IS available when typing agent.

You will be fine. The call back option is not available 24/7 nor is the Chat. It is going to depend on the time of day and staffing. So no one is trying to single you out.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
