Ebay must invent something quickly. The sales are going down and down and we will crash everybody

This month I have until now 0 sales the last month only one. This is a disaster !!.

What is going to do Ebay in order to stop a collective crash and in consequence the similar destiny for the Company in general?. WITHOUT SELLERS EBAY WILL BE OUT !!

I have the same problem, I just do not know what to do I sell collectible dolls.  My sales have dropped so much that I was thing of opening a store on Esty.  I still may just wanted you to know you are not alone here.

I finally broke down and called CS (what a waste of time).  The CS agent told me there weren't any glitches with the platform and he hasn't heard any other sellers inquiring about severe drops in sales.  He gave me the canned answer that they'd forward my inquiry to their technical service people for review.  I'm not holding my breath for a solution.

I guess I'll stick it out until my subscription expires on July 1st, then drop the premium store and pursue other platforms.  In the meantime, I'll make an effort to purchase from small sellers, in hopes of helping them out a bit.

This is so sad. My sales are extremely down now. I recently tried purchasing a phone screen cover, ebay did not let me pay with paypal. The say the seller is using a new ebay payment system. This new nonsense will deter customers from buying from seller. I have stopped adding more listings, can't waste my time. Ebay please wake up.

bad sales in the auto parts category and record returns this month 

Christmas was also bad for damaged merchandise  

equaling late ebay fees this month 

paypal is holding enough money to pay them but will not release the funds 

at this point i have notified ebay and paypal if funds get held i will not ship anymore i will simply refund the buyer

Well, at the moment ,not sure what the options are. Tried a few other sites and they are not any better. Short of creating my own website,which sounds intimidating to me, I am at a loss of ideas at the moment and I have so much stuff to unload!

Yep, I agree with everyone. I have no incentive to post any longer. I am only trying to maintain my sales to pay for my store fee, but next year I think I will dump ebay. It is not worth the energy. There are other platforms out there that are working for the seller. Ebay I think has it's head in the sand.

I have search for my items only none coming up at first...eBay is slowing your sales hiding your listings  to push the sponsored ad cost...Jesus they are pushing for more fees in every way.  And yes my sales are down...

Ebay is turning into a ghost town. Sales are down 50%, just don't understand ebays logic.

Like I said before, some kind of explanation or update from ebay would be nice since this drop seems to be affecting so many sellers.

15 years selling on Ebay and never seen non existent sales like this.  Calling customer service does absolutely nothing.  My sales are down 63.2 %.  Running Sales,  Promoting listings,  30 Day returns and things ave gone from bad to worse.  I won't survive much longer.  Devin Wenig should read these posts.
