eBay can't make people look, they have to be buying what you are selling.

Understood. However Ebay could do more to promote there sellers inventory.  Especially those of us who have been using the platform for some time. We all know things have changed.

You know ebay is having search engine functional issues.  Its been reported multiple times here by various sellers.  Search is screwed up.

people cant look if the search is broken, What cant people understand about that.  The search function is broken, and it's plain as day.  I literally have to go to google to find items, as they dont show up in ebay search.  Unbelievable it is, as yoda would say.

As a veteran...not everything we list sells.  Not everyone is searching for what we have listed.  Yes, there is some evidence of search issues, but my sales have been good other than the month of June was down.  People are being more cautious with collectible purchases in particular

Because your sales are up does not mean that the ebay search function is not screwed up for a noticeable percentage of ebay sellers.  That's a specious statement.

Ebay makes enough on advertising to stay afloat. Any sales are icing on the cake. They have no reason to push your visibility unfortunately. Plus they want you to pay for better visibility.
