Ebay deleting my services under Encouraging illegal activity policy

below message got from today

You listed a service to bypass an activation lock, in other words a lock considered a kill-switch option. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we must ask that you please not relist in this case.

But the problem is i didn't list any services to bypass activation lock 
i uploaded 2 services i provided through ebay. That is mobile phones carrier unlock service which is legal in USA. Clearly those are not bypass services to kill switch active phones

at the end i see 
This determination was made by a customer service agent.

I think that eBay has made it very clear why your listing was removed.

The service you were offering (Sim unlock service/Network unlock service) is not allowed to be sold.

The reason is those are not a service to bypass kill switch services

bypass activation kill switch service means remove google lock/remove icloud  

and i didn't list any of them

i did just sim unlock service from carrier like Att,Tmobile,Verizon 
My services are same as buying unlock code service published in ebay

Evidently, it's all the same to the eBay bots that took down your listings.

Your listings violated policy.  This is why they were removed.  They may even have suspected that the items are counterfeit, especially at the prices you are asking.  I wouldn't relist them again as you will jeopardize your account.  When eBay removes an item for sale, it's usually for a good reason.

You can argue your point all day long. End result, this is eBay's playground they make the rules. 
Accept it and move on.

They are telling you not to list them.

If you keep listing them, you could be suspended permanently.

eBay is removing all phone unlocking services from the platform. Its nothing about your location, or your contact info or paypal or anything like that. They are just removing all phone unlocking services, killstitch or not, frp network lock  csc change whatever whatever even the credits for phone service tools are being removed. Forget about selling these services on ebay they are over... sorry to say, dont be tempted to relist any service like this even remote service as you do. If you keep listings like this they will just suspend you for a week then a month then forever.
