I purchesed pokemon cards in PSA slabs from Ebay. I listed these framed and Ebay have deleted my listing for counterfeit goods... but won't tell me which ones.

How can they say I'm selling counterfeit, not tell me which ones so I can't send them back. When they sold them through their platform. Absolute scammers.

Whats the difference in where its posted? Ebay is international. Do you not have a counterfeit policy? Do you not buy pokemon cards?

Things are handled differently on different country sites - if someone on the UK site sent you that counterfeit notice, I would contact them directly.

You realise policy isn't law right? It's an EBAY policy. Not UK law. Counterfeit policy is international.

I remember the first item I listed when I started selling 14 yrs ago was a designer handbag I bought from eBay. eBay took my listing down and suspended me for 3 days for listing a counterfeit handbag.

I couldn't get over the fact that is was OK for me to purchase a fake item from someone selling it on eBay, I didn't know it was fake bc eBay would not allow that to happen 🙄 , but I was not allowed to sell that same bag. Live and learn.

Hope u find an appropriate solution to your situation.

File charge backs as counterfeit on items you bought.

Does ebay now have experts that view listing photos & determine if an item listed for sale is counterfeit ?

The fact that you bought them off eBay does not mean they are not counterfeit. eBay can't police everything sold on its site. All those eBay deleted, eBay thinks are counterfeit.
