Ebay changes

I am very unhappy with the changes ebay has made ! I wanted my ebay funds to stay in pay pal until I decided to put it in my bank account.  Also ebay has made it impossible to speak to a person with a problem . I don't know why but none of my adds were showing ! How am I suppose to sell ? There's no one to ask ! Also trying to change my shipping charge was no showing in my adds !

Re: Ebay changes

There is no one to speak to, either you move to Managed Payments or you stop selling on ebay. This change was announced about two years ago in order to give sellers an opportunity to get on or off the eBay "train". I suspect that your listings are suppressed until you join Managed Payments.

Re: Ebay changes

Getting someone on the phone at eBay, or PayPal for that matter, is really tough. I mean, I wouldn't stay with Real Bank or brick and mortar company that treated me like that, but here we are.

I would highly suggest you use the Chat option in Contact Ebay to talk to someone at eBay. After the conversation, If it's not resolved - or even if it is, ask for a transcript of the conversation emailed to you and the reference number for the call. Expect to chat with them again and again until the problem is resolved. They do have a number and they do say they'll call you back, but for me, they rarely answer or call back. Once they called my number at 3:30am. If course, I didn't answer.

Good luck.

Many other sellers feel the same way.

But eBay's net income last year was $5.77 billion, and during that same year eBay watched $3 billion in fees go into PayPal's pockets.

They want to see that $3 billion go to into their pockets instead.
