A return has apparently gotten lost by the USPS. Tracking shows it hasn't moved in over a week: "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way." My experience has been that every time this has happened (at least since USPS switched First Class to Ground Advantage) these situations have always ended up with the package being lost forever. It's an item valued at about $40.
The return details say:
Now that the item has been returned, please refund the buyer."
And it says if I don't refund the buyer by March 1st, ebay will refund the buyer.
How can they say the item has been returned if the tracking says otherwise?

Ive heard as long as the buyer ships the item within the required time , Ebay considers it as good as delivered. We've seen this complaint in here before. And of course you know if Ebay steps in and refunds the buyer you will get a defect.
