Ebay Store empty

Hello,

I have Ebay Store for years. I am still selling well and seen no problem

But recently My Ebay Store suddenly empty

my items listing is still OK but Store is empty.

ANy one has this problem. I need help ASAP to solve this problem but I have  contacted Ebay support is too diificult, no reply for several days

From goodluckselling's post and Ebay pages:

If you have a Premium, Anchor, or Enterprise eBay Store and have been below standard for 60 days, we may downgrade your Store to the Basic level.

A glitch is certainly possible but I lean toward lowered visibility due to Below Standard.

Despite OP's selling status, like you, I thought this was a separate issue related to the new store rollout. A downgraded store could explain fewer listings, but it probably wouldn't address a store being "empty" or not being "organized" anymore. Those are terms the OP used. Since the rollout some are having problems with categories and listings (as I referenced above) and others specific to the Asian region can't see listings at all (as you referenced above).

I'm sorry but goodluck was referring to downgrading visibility, not eliminating it.

I believe he posted the pages from Ebay that state they will downgrade your visibility if you are Below Standard, and that has commonly been said on this Board: that visibility is lowered if you are Below Standard.

I know what goodluck was referring to but I would think that lowering visibility means that if I search for a type of gadget that the op sells their listing would go from be being shown on page 1 to page 3.  That isn’t what the op if commenting on.

If this problem was caused by visability being lowered ebay why would ebay allow North American sellers to see his store listings on .com but hide them from Asian sellers including the seller himself?

Yes, that was my point.

I've noted that the only ones (if I'm not mistaken) who have suddenly popped up and said they can't see anything in their stores have been in Vietnam, Japan, Hong Kong, etc - in Asia.

Granted, the one piece of info indicating that it is an Asia specific geographic issue came from one of those sellers, who got it from eBay CS, which means it could be complete hokum.

But it fits the pattern. Sellers (or buyers?) located in Asia region see 0 items in stores - maybe analogous to that other Alaska, Hawaii, Territories, APO/FPO thing where users in those areas often see 0 results in search.

Very little data, but does appear is (was) an Asia specific issue.

The categories thing looks to be worldwide.

My store is having the same issue as yours!

And nothing show on the store, except the 4 x featured items!

However, if you go to "items for sale" then the listing will appear only if you set the location to "Worldwide", and I checked your store has the same case as mine.

I hope eBay is going to correct it for us soon!
