On my side - your store shows 90 items - perhaps the method you are using to look at your booth is doing something to your connection to link to your own storefront.

Because you have been below standard for more than 60 days eBay lowered your store probably to a basic store.

Here is the part that applies to you -
If you don't meet the minimum performance standards, we may put limits on your selling activity or lower your search placement until your performance improves. We may also restrict you from selling items on eBay if your performance falls significantly below the minimum requirements. If you have a Premium, Anchor, or Enterprise eBay Store and have been below standard for 60 days, we may downgrade your Store to the Basic level.
You mentioned in your other thread that are below standard and the graph you shared shows you have been since Dec 2017.

Are you referring to a problem with your store categories? There are several users experiencing that problem since the new store layout was introduced. You can read more on the technical issues board.

Post # 4 explains the situation.
Op is Below Standard and has been since December. OP feels everything is good, the statistics are wrong, as evidenced in this other thread on this.

OP, I apologize for some of the frustration that has come out in this thread. Posters here are seeing exactly what the problem is but you are not accepting that you even have a problem!
You asked what the problem was and you have been told. We cannot make you understand or accept, but please know that everyone here tried to help you.
You just didn't want to see.

It would have been better for the seller had they noticed the Below Standard far earlier. Now it is five months past when the cases occurred.

Sorry but I don't think that has anything to do with it. The op can not see items in their store but they do have items listed which they can see outside of the store. Even if they had been downgraded to a basic store why would they not be able to see their live listings in their store?? If I click on view listings I see 90 items, if I go to their store I see 90 items. If I change my location to Vietnam which is where the op is located and click on see other items, it shows 90 listings however, it says that those listings are from an international seller. When I go to the op's store as someone in Vietnam, the store is empty. I should still be able to see listings in the store because the seller does ship to Vietnam. My guess is that ebay has made some sort of change that is limiting who can view items in a store. It makes absolutely no sense but it does explain why I see the op's listings in their store and why they can't.

If the op's below standard standing was causing the problem then we would not be able to see listings in their store or elsewhere and that isn't what is happening.

I think that it is some sort of glitch in search. US and Canadian buyers can see your store but for some reason not all international buyers can see the items in it.

I'm sorry but goodluck was referring to downgrading visibility, not eliminating it.
I believe he posted the pages from Ebay that state they will downgrade your visibility if you are Below Standard, and that has commonly been said on this Board: that visibility is lowered if you are Below Standard.

This is from OP's other thread. Note the timeframe. OP posted this on Below Standard yesterday. He has been Below Standard from cases that occurred in December.
Then today he post about not being able to see his store. Coincidence? I think not, and it perfectly aligns with what goodluckselling posted from Ebay pages.
Hello,
Any one have this problem? I have Ebay store and still selling well, pay monthly fee to Ebay, no Disopute, No Depay, No Claims and Resolution
What happened? Or Ebay mistakes on this case?
The attached images is absolutely incorrect statistical information
Thanks
