Researching S.Prather Highwaymen style paintings and every sold listing I click on (6) before I quit shows me a TOTALLY different item that sold and not what is pictured?? Anyone else?
Ebay got rid of the SOLD items where you could view items that were sold recently from other sellers. Instead you end up to someone else listing instead. I don't know why ebay can't just keep things simple, easy, and the way it is.
I noticed it today when I was looking at a seller's feedback and was going to look at a listing they had gotten a neg on to see if it was justified and when I clicked on the link to the auction it showed me a whole bunch of "similar" items currently for sale instead of the item I wanted to see. I was able to click on the word "listing" at the top and eventually get to the listing I wanted to see.
This is going to just make it more difficult to help sellers and buyers on the boards if we have to jump through more hoops to see the listing they are trying to get help with. Sorry eBay ... this move is dumber than a mud fence.
I guess ebay feels that item is sold, cannot make any more money on it, so I am going to show you something similar that is still live,and you just may buy it.
I stand corrected, they are showing me ONLY current OBJECTS completely unrelated to what sold listing I clicked on that have bids on them. I clicked a sold listing for a painting and they are showing me an auction for a LAMP--How insane is that??
I know that is a crazy question? But is there anyway to put Private on what i sell with the buyers feedback? I don't always want everyone to see the item I sold and for how much it sold for. I see and read where it helps on helping others. I haven't listed anything to sell but I see it on everyone elses and I was just wondering.
you can set your preferences for PRIVATE but if you do you can't sell you can only buy with that setting. there is no way of adding to feedback or anything else. I hope this helps
