I see you have ~450 items listed. If that is a regular amount, that means you are paying the insertion fees on anything over the 250 free every month.
That becomes the tipping point is if your fees start to become more than the store price... get the store.
The basic store gets you 1000 or up to 10,000 in some categories.

Depending on how many items you list per month and sell is generally the way i would calculate if it would be something good for you. Not only do you get lower FVF (YMMV) you also get more free listings. If you sell enough per month it may be worth the subscription based on that. Also you get a quarterly shipping supply discount coupon that can be used towards Ebay shipping supplies. (varies from $25 and up only good at Ebay Shipping Supplies outlet) There are a few other perks that come along with having a store but i find that the lower FVF, Extra free listings along with a quarterly shipping supply coupon is the bigger perks. IMHO.
It is cheaper to sign up for a 12 month subscription but if you are not sure if it will pay off for you, pay the few dollars more for a month to month. This way you are not stuck with a 12 month subscription and can cancel/upgrade at once you figure out if it works for you.
Here is a link of the prices and breakdown of what you exactly get for each one.
Either way, good luck

Big advantage to having a store is customer's can see all your items (which might result in more sales).

Subscribing to a Store does not have anything to do with changing your selling account. The Store is just another tool we can use to handle our inventory more easily, give buyers a better breakdown of the category of items we sell and potentially save a little money.
When a seller is consistently listing 300+ listings a month, they should consider a Basic Store. But you should look at the pros and cons of Stores and decide for yourself what is best for YOU.

Make sure you understand the reasons to either select a month to month or a one year subscription. There are pros and cons to both. The links above have more detail info for you.

Having a store for $21 a month is a lot like having your own website. You can organize it and send people a link. I sell a lot on FB marketplace and usually end up sendiing the URL of my eBay store to buyers there. Generates more business.

I don't know the answer to your question, but you need to be aware that while you can go from individual to business, you cannot go back again to individual, EVER.
I learned that the hard way recently, and had to give up my account history when I needed to revert to an individual account.
Maybe just open a new account, in case you want to keep your individual account separate from your business ventures?

I don't understand this. What makes your account an individual one versus business?

Could you sell enough to make it worth paying for a store?
It shows you only sold 11 items last few months.

What do you mean you can't go back? I had a store for years and turned it off and still are able to use my account. Maybe we are talking about different things.

Running a store takes BRAIN'S..
this place is running on auto pilot of only an idea of what that intales not experiences. And full of flaws at that.

How do you define 'worth?' Cost-saving, value, benefit? Regardless, you would need intention of scaling up, which scales up inordinate amount of risk as well. If you open a store in a mall, you set up security, alarm system or controls to the level that you are comfortable for 'loss prevention.' Ebay is the landlord standing there with the grin, welcoming you in to shoplift and take whatever you want...and you PAY HIM for that privilege. Then after months of you complaining about all the theft, he raises rent and tells you thanks for 'being the best part' of his mall.

Agree with Ken, while the number of listings show that a store would certainly save on insertion fees, I see only 11 sales in last 3 months..... could be reasons for that......vacation, etc.......but you do need to have the sales to support those insertion fees OR a store monthly fee........

It's really a question you have to ask yourself and do the pros/cons on. Something that may be worth a basic store subscription to you, may not be worth it to someone else and vice versa.
I don't have a store subscription yet, it just wouldn't be worth it for me at this time. But the biggest pro for me would be the free listings, once I have enough items and enough sales to make it worth it that's my plan. That's my deciding factor.
If you're relisting 200+ items every month over your free 250 listings limit, you're spending .30 cents per relist, about $60 or more extra each month in fees. For you cost-wise, a store would be worthwhile as the cheaper option, especially if you go the yearly subscription rate. It'd save you around $40 or more each month. You'll also get other benefits that paying extra without a store won't give you.

You can change from an individual account to a business account.
It is not allowed to change a business account to an individual account.
That has nothing to do with a store or any other premium service. Just the type of account you have.
I started out as an individual back in...1999? 2000? as a buyer. Made a few sales over the years. Changed to a business account in 2012. It was officially a business with the IRS and the state and the whole schmear.
But now I'm retired, and not recognized as an official business with the IRS now (gave up my EIN) or the state (gave up my business name). So I wanted to revert back to an individual account here on eBay. Not allowed. Tried every which way. Can't be done. I had to start over with a new individual account.
That's the way it goes. Whatever. It wasn't just me - it is in their rules.
