Ebay Item Removed for counterfeit. What do I need for a proper appeal?

I was listing my complete in box copy of Windows 7 Ultimate.  I showed five pictures showing the COA, the Box, Manual, discs and the holograph which states that it's genuine.  This is the retail version of the software.  Not OEM and not an academic version.  The listing was taken down stated that it was a counterfeit.  I contacted ebay and I was transferred to trust and safety.  They said they looked at the pictures on it and see that it's authentic.  They told me that the system taken it down and to appeal it so that someone can take a look at it.  I have also contacted Microsoft's Vero email which I have used in the past to get proof of authenticity in the past for listings which have been taken down.

However that was many years ago and the system looks a bit different from the past.  My question is do I appeal right now after talking to the trust and safety department or wait until Microsoft replies back to me with the go ahead on their part?  How much proof or evidence do I need?  How much time do I have to appeal this?  I don't want to shoot the gun and lose my appeal but I don't want to wait too long since I remember these being time sensitive in the past.

Also how do I know if I have a Vero strike?  The resolution hub says counterfeit policy for policy violation.  Will it say Vero strike specifically if I have a Vero strike?

Welcome to the world of AI machine "learning". It's still in Kindergarten, but it's been given the keys to drive.

I would be patient and wait until you get all of your materials together before submitting the appeal. Save screenshots of all of your evidence including your chat messages with eBay CS.

Unfortunately it wasn't an online chat, but a phone call.  I have a reference number for that conversation.  But this has me spooked and I removed several of my Microsoft programs that are newer despite showing the COAs, Boxes, Retail packaging and holographic discs.

Here's a question.  Once I do the appeal and it is successful, do they remove that counterfeit violation from my resolution hub?
