Ebay GSP issue

Hello, I shipped an item to a buyer on the 6th of March using the global shipping. The item arrived at the hub 4 days later and is still currently sitting there. The potential delivery date shown is March 16-27. The customer is thinking something is wrong because he can not track the package. Is it normal for a pkg to sit in the depot for over a week?

Ebay GSP issue

It's now the EIS (eBay International Shipping program) not GSP, just so you know, and yes, that's totally normal.  The package is now out of your hands, so you can placate the customer if needed, but don't refund or anything like that.  eBay is responsible for what happens to it from the point at which it arrives at their hub.  Nothing unusual about this so far.

Package will only show tracking to EIS center because that is where you sent it.    Ebay will handle the rest.    Refer buyer to ebay .   Not your problem.
