Heads up sellers! Ebay charging additional 6% fee even though my seller rating is above average.

Just a heads up to you sellers. Ebay is still taking an additional 6% from my payouts even though I have a average seller rating.My ebay account clearly states that I'm an average rated seller, yet anything I sell gets hit with an additional 6% fee.

What happened to new seller limits?
