Easy way to find my listings?

This has to be a stupid question, but I can't find an easy way to quickly find a specific listing of mine in order to end it.  I have decided to sell my items in more than one spot now, which is working well, but I can't figure out how to find an item among my listings on ebay without nervously scrolling page to page.

I can find them quickly in the search bar on my store ID, but can't find a way to end them on the store after finding them, so back to scrolling.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

In sellers hub, listings, active. Under manage active listings, you should see search.

Ps: Not a stupid question.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

I just straight up bookmark https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active Shows all your active listings, and a search box right there. I use it nearly every day. It can be found at Seller Hub (https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw) and choose Listings if you wanted to know how to get their without a straight bookmark.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

Thanks to you both, now please help me over the finish line.  I've seen that page before and see search at the top (which searches everywhere) and I see another search but can't figure out how to make it search just my items for a specific listing.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

Once you click on search, it give you different options. Item title is default, it’s also a drop down menu. If you know the title of your item, enter it where it says enter value, then hit the other search button next to reset.

Hope that made sense.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

The box at the top (marked in red) is the global eBay search (searches everywhere).  The fields I've marked in green only search your items.   This page is at https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active .

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

Okay, you two have been very patient with me so far.  I missed the part at first where I enter the title name in the value box.  Now I've got it, on my store ID at least, but on my regular ID that link takes me to the page but the title filter (in the green box above) isn't there.   I've switched back and forth on the quick filter and search box but it never shows up.😟

I'm sorry---I haven't felt this stupid before over something that should be simple.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

You may have clicked out of it or been redirected.
Start again, seller hub, active listings etc..
See if that get you there again with your other team id.

Okay, probably so.    Thanks again.  Having this explained to me, especially for my store, is a bigggg help.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

Sorry for all the typos. Ugh
With or without a store, it should work the same for both. If you have sellers hub on both accounts.
You’re welcome. Happy to help.

Re: Easy way to find my listings?

Here is some additional information that may help you with this and other areas of selling.  The Seller Hub is full of information and likely easier ways of managing your listings and your orders.  Don't hesitate to ask any question you need to.
