So here's whats going on. I sold a heart shaped pocket watch that I had made into a Wizard of OZ theme necklace by putting it on a necklace chain and adding some charms including a hand made striped wicked witch stocking . This was over a month ago. It was a real working time piece with crystal quartz movement ,, brand new . The buyer bought it and left me steller feedback . She also wrote me a personal note telling me how much she loved it and she said she wears it every day . About a week went by and then she sends me another note asking me if the watch has copper in it ? I told her the only information I have is thats its made of a metal alloy . So time goes by and I get another message saying '' just for your information the watch ''coppered '' out - bummer'' . I never replied to that message .This morning I got another message telling me the watch is copper and I'm stealing from my customers . Huh ? She paid 15.80 for this watch necklace and got free shipping on top of it . I've sold several of these watch pendants and nobody has ever complained . The thing that is so weird is she's stringing out these complaints hit and miss over time .I decided to check the feedback shes left for other sellers and about 1/3 contain complaints . I don't know how to get her to leave me alone . Tulips

Only you know your products.
Only you have to sleep at night knowing you did the right thing here.
If that is how you feel then your obligation ends here.
I won't make the decision, but you can.
My decision is to ignore this buyer from here out . I feel she got a nice necklace for the small amount of money she spent . If she was unhappy with it she had one full month to return it and be refunded . However I don't think she ever wanted to return it or she would have done so. In fact I believe if the truth were known she never really threw it in the trash either . Tulips

Amazing the benefits of copper, if you just only believe, it will happen for you too. ed
I don't know if there are health benefits in wearing copper but some people certainly believe there is . I've seen few advertisments on TV for those pain reducing special made shirts ,, they look very expensive but not sure if they use copper when making them. Tulips

I would stop responding and delete the messages without even reading at this point. I always put silver or gold look in my titles. I still get some people who don't understand that its just the color not the metal.
