I have been selling on Amazon for 2 years I tried selling on eBay but I didn’t like the way they were. So I stopped since eBay have now been doing the no fees I thought let’s try it again I loded all my stock from Amazon and with in 1 month I had made 10k they said there where restrictions as I was a new seller and I would get my funds 3 days after the buyer had received the item which I believe is okay I did this and then all the orders where delivered all good feedback left and then they said they are putting my money on hold while they review my account. For 5 days so I waited 5 days they then said they have put a hold on my funds untill I have added tracking to my items but I already have added tracking they have been delivered. They said I would need to reply to there email once I added the tracking as the tracking was already added I just replied to the email the email then bounced back apparently you can’t reply to there emails. I spoke to 5 different people all awful bad customer service do not want to help. It’s absolutely awful your holding my funds so you can make money off my money. EBay how can you do this I’m not a big massive company this is all my savings in here you are effecting small business and it’s absolutely awful. People will just stop selling on your platform when they realise what you are doing it’s absolutely disgusting

Kind of sounds like you were up to no good with suppliers and eBay took notice.

I just read your ridiculous title.
I'm not even going to bother reading your post.
If ebay came up to you an stuck a gun in your back and robbed you of $10,000, I highly suggest you notify law enforcement.

And yet you're selling.....

You just signed up a couple weeks ago and you already sold 500 items.
Looks like you're dropshipping.
I don't see any reason why they would be checking you out.

@danibay-0 call the UK police

Next!.....................

There is a hold on new accounts of funds for 30+ days....November 2024 is when this account was created.
Feedbacks and tracking doesn't play a major part in this.
Sold 10K in less than a month?...I don't see that here on this account.
I see basically the same 'sleepwear' sold over and over...drop shipping?
And "Stanley Cups' are not allowed to be resold per the company...maybe it never made the news in UK but it did in the USA.

You are in the UK and I only see 3 items sold in the last 90 days and no where near $10K. You also still have two active items you may want to end before one of them sells and you add more to the hold pot. You will have to provide more information on how you got to 10K.
Not sure of how the eBay policies for the UK are setup but eBay can hold your funds for up to 30 days, and as in your case sometimes longer. You may want to review the following again.

where did you see there were no fees to sell on eBay? (Special promo?)
Did you do your due diligence and read the myriad of rules that govern the platform prior to listing? New seller holds are a usual restriction. And now it sounds like you have run up against the Inform Act triggers and your account was flagged.

there are some new fee rules in the UK for "non-business" sellers.

With a half dozen of each item you have listed, and your self-proclaimed move from Amazon to eBay, how exactly were you trying to pass yourself off as a "personal seller"? The no fee program in the UK is exclusively for casual sellers. Casual sellers don't do 10k in sales per month. Did you really think they would let you use the platform in that way for free??

Sleepwear? Stanley cups? I don't see either of those in their actives or solds.
This is what I see:
