What a mess. Messages used to be so easy to read and respond. Now, not so much. Can't respond from phone. The new message page is a mess.

Are you using the eBay app? If so, are you using the updated messaging feature or the classic?
If you are using a browser, are you using mobile, classic or desktop mode?
What problem are you having?
Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app or try using a different browser or mode.

You cannot get a call back by posting here. You must request a call back through the chat assistant.
Use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If the "Contact us" link sends you directly to the chat assistant, you may need to provide some context-dependent cues about your issue to find the call back request link.
