So like others, i was put into GSP without my knowledge, now, i have a shipment when i wasn't even doing international, i do my own and had stopped doing it until items are actually going to be delivered. I was going to cancel it, but after speaking to what seemed like a BOT on chat. EBAY is REFUSING to refund any Paypal fees i am going to get from this! So i told the customer this could take 2 months to get to them, they said fine.
So, i don't know how to send it, there is zero information on EBAY STANDARD DELIVERY? At least this is going to insure the item, but is the Customer going to be charged more when they get it? If i check off First class international, is this the one going to Kentucky? I am so lost. I want to use the one that if it disappears because of covid, i wont lose money, but i don't want to use one that will cost customer even more?
HELP!

Everyone here understands what you are talking about........unfortunately, you don't.....and don't want to listen to those that do.
GSP charges the buyer the IMPORT duties which most international buyers have to pay one way or the other.... If YOU ship your way, the buyer gets billed when they (have to) pick it up or when it is delivered. Some, not all buyers, prefer paying upfront.........yours apparently does, or at least doesn't care, since it was paid.
You have the standard delivery option...........because that the domestic option that ships to KY........If you click on that and see another address, let us know.

Good morning,
There should be nothing for you to click. I use the GSP only, on international sales. What ever the box that is checked already, on EBAY shipping labels, is the way you ship it. You don't have to put international on the label. I don't know if you usually ship through PayPal labels, but the correct address is on the EBAY shipping label page. The address under the persons name should be to Kentucky, not the buyers home address. You treat the package as you would domestic shipping. Once it gets to Kentucky it is no longer your responsibility. If it takes too long or is lost it becomes a GSP problem.

This is a member to member board. You need an eBay rep you are going to have to either email them, or go to their eBay for Business facebook page to get an actual eBay rep.
Every one that has posted here including me are just sellers like you.
eBay reps WHEN they appear have the ebay symbol by their name.

There are 2 separate things here
GSP goes to KY
Then there is ebay international standard delivery
Has nothing to do with GSP
you can read up on it here sounds like this is what happened not GSP that's why you don't see shipping to KY

All my listings were enabled for GSP without my knowledge also. And the 'immediate payment required' was also turned off. About two weeks ago, I very carefully selected about 20 countries that I would ship to. I researched and cross checked a lot of information before making those selections and spent an afternoon doing it. Sometime between then and now eBay changed those two points. I just now disabled GSP in my preferences, excluded all International markets and turned 'immediate payment required' on. I also bulk edited every listing for the same functions. I have an International sale but they have not paid yet and it is a GSP order. That's how I realized the GSP was on and the 'immediate payment required' was off. This was so wrong. I will push ahead and do what I need to do. Misadventures like this won't cause me to quit but it certainly reduces my trust in the platform. Does anyone have any ideas on how to effectively communicate to people who can influence the decision makers who do these things in the cloaked and unannounced way this was done to me? I have a lot of patience and can give latitude in most areas of life, but deceit is never OK.
