ebay reps suck. dropped calls,do not call back, lies ,miss information, hang up when the can answer your questions. also the reps outside the U.S. are hard to understand and are trained properly. also why is the no sellers protection?

I love Ebay, I have used it for many years, but at times it seems like they really go out of their way to inconvenience users, particularly sellers
I responded to your other message. It appears you are trying to utilize the Call Back feature in the middle of the night for Ebay staff in the Pacific Standard time. They have never been available 24/7/365 for a call, even when we were able to call the call center.

I have had only one interaction with Ebay for help on Facebook. The service was prompt, efficient, and very helpful. The bonus was the tech was American and I could understand every word she said. But if you prefer to keep calling outsourced, foreign, drones who cant speak English,and dont have a clue what you are talking about...go for it!!

Agreed. I had a seller threaten me and call me words I cant say here and nothing is being done. He is still a seller. Ebay sucks

Did you report the seller to Ebay? If you didn't, that is the place to start.

Ebay is NOT going to report to you any sanctions they may impose on another member as that is private account information. Also one report of something like this is NOT going to cause the seller to lose their selling privileges nor should it. But if there are repeat reports by other members of this and other stuff, then the sanctions Ebay may take will be more serious.
So while you can't see what Ebay may have done, does NOT mean they didn't do anything. And if you thought this one infraction was enough for the seller to lose their account, then you will forever be disappointed as that just isn't going to happen.

You assume nothing is being done because Ebay hasn't told you what they are doing nor can you see it on the seller's account. That doesn't mean nothing is being done. It means that you don't have access to what Ebay has done to sanction the seller. There is a big difference. And if you expect Ebay to tell you what they are doing to sanction the seller, you will be forever disappointed because it isn't going to happen.
I know that can be frustrating, but you nor I have any right to have the private information of another member's account.
Ebay has many ways to sanction buyers and sellers before they have to go nuclear and shut the account down.
