it literally never gets me to a phone number, email address, or live
chat where I can contact anyone. It links me to several boiler-plate

It is absurdly difficult to get in contact with Ebay customer support.
Unfortunately, it seems like they are trending in the direction of many
other companies where they will essentially just not have customer
service for most users.
