E-Bay Not Returning Phone Calls

I have reached out to E-Bay the last four days and am not receiving a return call to help with my questions. Anyone else having this problem?

This Board is made up of thousands of experienced eBay buyers and sellers.  Sometimes we can help you with a question and you do not have to contact eBay.

Not an answer to your question as I don't have one (haven't tried to have eBay call me), but if you can't get ahold of support via the phone, try contacting them via social media like facebook.

Hello therogue-trader! I am having this same experience since 12/01/21 and today 12/02/21 the website will say they will call back in 1 minute but no one calls back.

eBay sometimes has problems returning calls from certain types of VOIP phones or if the calling number is blocked as spam by the user or the user's phone service provider, or if the user is outside of North America.

Contacting eBay via social media might be worth a shot:

Or you could try asking your general question on one of the discussion boards, provided you do not use any private account details. Experienced users can often provide useful suggestions. In many cases it is not necessary to contact eBay to handle a problem.

several people have said that they discovered the calls were blocked on mobile phones as "spam"......  I don't know how one checks that...but perhaps you do..........  I've never not gotten a call back, but we use a landline.

I finally got a call back to be placed on hold then transferred and then hung up on.

As I said in my comment over a year ago, I've never tried having eBay call me.  This is still true.  I still recommend (as do others) reaching out to eBay support via social media.

I am having the same problem Ebay is just not answering. I called Amazon and asked if they were connected to Ebay and they said no but gave me another number to call. This was an American number. I called it anyway but got an automated woman asking for my post code. She could not get it right and so gave me the website to go on. I kept saying no I want to speak to a representative but it was no good and she hung up. So now I am trying to find a way to send an email.

do not call such numbers as they may be scammers getting your info or worse.....same for said website.

Go here:  https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10   and instead of having them call, use the live chat.

You get a written transcript of the conversation and the folks on the other end are pretty good, at least every time I've used it they were.   Anytime I need help I use the live chat.  I despise phone calls.

Yes. Called 17 times to them. Automated cuts me off every time

eBay doesn’t have a phone number for incoming calls.
