Selling Error - QR Codes

Hello all,

So I'm running into a first after making a mistake I haven't made before. I recently shipped 2 items out with the newer QR codes. I had thought I'd given the post office separate codes, but was mistaken. Both items ended up getting sent to one single address. The buyer who received both items was kind enough to offer to ship directly to the other buyer rather than to me for me to ship them again. 

The other buyer had canceled their order and received a refund after learning the item was shipped to the wrong location. When I informed them that the other buyer received the item and was able to ship it to them, I created a new listing just for this buyer, with a small discount and free shipping to offset their trouble. 

That original buyer has come back asking for even more of a discount. Am I obligated to sell this item to them after having refunded them or is it okay for me to relist the item (I had listed it incorrectly and I believe I could make more than even the original purchase price). What are my realistic options?

You already refunded and the first sale is a done deal

You made a new listing with discounts already, NO you are not under any obligation to discount further

You are not obligated to discount anything at all but you did the right thing trying to take care of a buyer.

It's all up to you if you want to offer more but you do not have to

Well first you need to get that package back to you that you mistakenly sent to the 1st buyer. And no you already refunded the second buyer and gave them an opportunity to repurchase item at a discounted rate ( although I take it you don't have said item in you possession yet?) but don't be surprised if you receive a neg over this. Careful shipping is in your future next time.

I did the same thing, but my 1st buyer is claiming they only received one package,  it was delivered they approved the funds. well here it is 10 days later and the other package was delivered and they are now asking for a refund saying they didn't get the correct items.
