Only USPS needs to be voided and you only have 5 days to do it.

Hello. If you shipped via USPS, then they will automatically void an unused label after about 30 days. The other shipping companies probably have a similar policy. So, wait at least 30 days and you should see the money returned to you. Side note: notify your buyer about the mistaken label because they will probably be able to see it in the transaction and it will appear to them that maybe you are using a false tracking number. I hope this helps!

How long you have to void a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

It doesn't work that way, USPS does NOT automatically void/refund unused labels.

Thanks to you and crazystuff4sale for letting me know. I'm sure glad to learn! I was passing on my most recent experience with postage refunds that was a few years ago. Apparently, their policies have changed. Thanks again for the illumination.
