What is the 'official' way to deal with this -  We have one day handling - person does BIN[s] and also bids on item[s] ending days later, THEN asks/tells us to hold off shipping till auction[s] ends.

You could tell the seller to wait to pay for the BIN  and you will send an invoice for everything when the auctions end. If they have paid for the BIN, I am not sure. I don’t do auctions.

Forgot to mention - BIN would have instant payment, which is what makes the problem.

The buyer likes paying for items separately...have to remember how many feedbacks they might get per each payment separately. I have a lot of buyers who pay for each one separately with free domestic shipping. I decided not to say anything to buyers for I desire repeat buyers. Yea, I know that additional .30 fee hits hard if someone buys 20 items from me in a minute and pays for each one separately but all those items will be mailed together. Sending an email about it to a buyer can leave a sour taste in their mouth.

The official policy is that you should just ship the paid-for item on time rather than waiting for the auctions to finish.  You don't even know if he'll win the auctions, of course.
