I am offically 100% had it.
I got negative feedback for packaging. When everyone else raves about the same thing. Buyer obviously has no idea how free shipping is possible.
Use heavy duty card protectors and no sleeve. My goodness a lack of sleeve it not something to give feedback about! Ebay does % all wonky to drop 1.4% for 2 bad feedback seems weird.
Work so hard and bust my butt hurting myself packaging so nicely much better now, and this is the thanks I get!!!
Now I am sobbing uncontrollably. I can not do this anymore when I get treated like this by buyers!

Are you trying to operate at a loss?

Well I guess you fail to understand my point.
Your responses to feedback make everyone assume. That's why people review feedback, to make an assumption on the service you provide.
All buyers are going to assume, and it's your job to present yourself and your business in a positive light so the assumption is positive.
Based on the way you handle your business I assume a negative experience, and would most likely move to the next seller. 🤷

I know that now but had never been an issue before. So I will use some penny sleeves I have that came with toploaders. But to my defense when something is not an issue for a long time and people say the opposite most people would have no idea it would be an issue. Will send from now on with sleeve. But like I said before how would I know that?
Have changed boxes for cassettes. Have bigger ones protected by bubble wrap inside now. Have taken advice for those before but still up a creek. Mailed 25 items today but none since last night.
Makes a person feel like the whole world hates them you know.

With all the bigger items I have sold I am in the black overall. Trying to figure out the rest.

If I mailed 25 items today (but none since last night?), I sure wouldn't feel like the whole world hates me - or be obsessing over one negative feedback.

That's great you've adapted your shipping method for cassettes and plan to do the same for trading cards.
Sales are prone to ebbs and flows. It's to be expected. It's not personal against you. If you're taking it personally, find a way to shift your viewpoint.

Killing your self one penny at a time. LITERALLY.

I think I have it figured out for you. Stick to the bigger items and ditch the stuff you're losing money on. Strangely enough, with this approach, you'll be much further into the black, and can stop taking tax writeoffs for stuff like laundry.

That's why we suggested in your last discussion thread to focus on the money makers and ditch the money losers. That's where the spreadsheet tracking expenses, profits and losses comes in handy so you can make those decisions and cut out the losers, or sell them in bundles where there might be a chance at profit.

This video here might be relevant to the business of selling cards at ultra low prices.
How to Lose Money Selling Trading Cards on eBay

VERY nice looking banknotes! They may be worth close to nothing monetarily, but the artwork is worth a lot more to collectors, I would hope.
I'd recommend:
Raising some, if not all prices
Find nice free cardboard, and smooth card stock, cut to appropriate shape, stack to appropriate thickness (with overkill)
Get rid of free shipping
Stay around and have fun

The OP apparently isn't going anywhere. She shipped 25 items today (but none since last night). Having fun doing it seems to be the bigger challenge.

Unfortunately it happens sometimes. Concentrate on the good feedback you have gotten and think about the folks that follow your store and forget about the one negative. I know, it hurts, but it isn't the end of the world. Dry those tears! It is not personal, it's business as they say.
Tomorrow will be a better day.

That's good, using the penny sleeves with definitely work well for you with your cards. I understand that it was never a problem so why would you have changed your system. Non e of us are professionals here but I've learned a lot form the people here. That kind of help is priceless to me as it helps me grow my business.
I'm glad you took some advice, it's to your benefit. Not all is helpful but even if you take a small piece of some then you're winning.
Best wishes to you and your business

I could think of more efficient less time consuming ways to generate a loss than endless shipping $1 orders
