I'm new to ebay and want a good home for an old but functional electronic keyboard. I posted it and got a bid that was immediately withdrawn. I'm not interested in making money.

Why not donate it to a school music department, a nursing home activity director or a womens shelter?

If you're "not interested in making money," toss the thing into the trash or donate it.
Otherwise, why go to the hassle and costs of enrolling in Managed Payments, listing the keyboard, dealing with the Best Offers which you invited, selling, packing, shipping, then waiting for the payment after the usual hold on funds for a new seller?

It will sell, just let the auction run it's course. If it doesn't sell at auction then list it fixed price. It will sell.

Since you aren't interested in making money off the transaction, I recommend that you give it to someone that you know that will enjoy it or donate it to a charitable organization for their use in fund raising activities.

Don't be discouraged a lot of people will wait until
the auction is just about to end to place a bid.

Or, Why not donate it to support.

Even though you aren't interested in making money, have you considered that you might lose money?

If you don't want/need to make money, why not just list on Facebook Marketplace or CL?
Or gift/donate it?

Especially, potentially on shipping!

If that’s the case you would be better donating it to goodwill or something.

Don't care about price I get
Bless your heart... eBay is NOT the venue for selflessness. I'm on 'Team Donate'. 😊

My mom spent the last three years of her life in a very lovely Assisted Living Facility where I last counted three (3) actual pianos, including one baby grand in the main activities room. Never One Time did I hear anybody playing them, including her. And she would almost never miss an opportunity to sit down and play Over The Rainbow from sheer muscle memory. So maybe a retirement community might not be a good choice. I bet you would want to make sure it gets some use, right?
I do know someone who has a similar Roland keyboard. We have talked about taking it to a local consignment center. Most of the things offered there are home decor, furnishings; two Stiffel lamps I took there were sold there. Part of the consignment contract is that if your item does not sell in its 30 day contract period, it will not automatically renew until the thing sells. You have to go retrieve it yourself or make arrangements to have that done. And if it does sell at that consignment center, the money is divided 50/50.
I have thought of suggesting donating to a religious organization or a related school. It might be considered a tax-deductible donation then.
Good luck. Just to let you know, though, I might "watch" your listing just to see how it turns out!

Might lose the money and the item, with that No Returns policy.
