Don't bother with trying to appeal the outcome of a case with facts. Seems the buyer always wins even when they flat out use false accusations just to get their money back. Ebay will side with the buyer regardless when presented with the facts. It's a waste of time and effort, so the best thing to do is report the buyer and see if and when anything will happen. I'm sure there are other sellers on here that have had the same problem  too. So have fun with all this my little chickadees.

I have to figure out where he sources his inventory, so I only need to sell one or two items a year and live like a pharaoh. That would really cut down on the listing and shipping time.

Obviously you are being a little sarcastic but that is the advantage of selling high value items. When things start to roll again in the American Vintage Instrument market, I only need to move few dozen pieces per year. Not every category allows this strategy but there are some that one can build up to.

edit - That strategy is not what the OP is using. I would say there may more to what motivates the OP. YMMV

   I looked at his listings the first time I noticed him here. I messaged him and by his reply I now consider, rightly or not that everything to do with him is trolling. Prices, posts, all of it.

It does tend to lean that way, & It's a shame when the seller has all the proof & the buyer can just lie & get away with it!, We deserve better treatment than that., You should try the call back service though, I have had some luck with that, The automated is rediculous.

Better cut and color, I think. Sourcing is not the problem here, but achieving the price point when selling. And getting paid.

Well, life in the palace would start *after* I get paid, true. But I would only sell *real* dinosaur's eggs from that really nice T-Rex who lives down the way, and who needs a little help from time to time.

The OP has relisted the ruby, the sapphire, and an emerald. They would make nice paperweights.

No reserves this time (he learned that lesson), but they are 1 day listings, so there were insertion fees for these.

I don't understand your listing description and the "simple rule that everyone should understand" @scuby109 .

You say too bad no returns, immediately followed with buyer has to pay for return shipping with signature.

Once you get this, its yours for good... Don't like it? Too bad...then dont buy it. It's a simple rule that everyone should understand.

Payment is due when purchased. FREE USPS Shipping. You also have to pay for the return shipping. This will have to be signed for also.
