Don't bother with trying to appeal the outcome of a case with facts. Seems the buyer always wins even when they flat out use false accusations just to get their money back. Ebay will side with the buyer regardless when presented with the facts. It's a waste of time and effort, so the best thing to do is report the buyer and see if and when anything will happen. I'm sure there are other sellers on here that have had the same problem  too. So have fun with all this my little chickadees.

The only google results for this supposed authenticator is posts on gem groups saying it's a bogus company.

Please share your experience, it might help many sellers. What was the situation, what did you say on the call and how did eBay act after that?
