I was suggested to use Vendoo to list on eBay and for cross positing. So I stated using it January 1. It has made it faster for me to list and cross post, which I'm happy about. But my sales on eBay have dropped, down 56.5% compared to last year.
Does using Vendoo have a negative affect on sales? This is the only change I have made and the only thing I can think of affecting my sales.
Love any feedback, thank you.

I used it for about 8-months. Although it is handy when it comes to cross-listing on other venues, there were some issues. We noticed that eBay seemed to prefer that we build our listings in eBay instead of importing from another venue. Also, if you are one to end/sell similar, it will duplicate listings, which can cause a whole other set of problems. Finally, you will get charged the subscription rate even if you don't use it every month.

Your sales can be affected by things other than what you do.
What were your Dec 2024 sales compared to your Dec 2023 sales?
What were your Nov 2024 sales compared to your Nov 2023 sales?
Lots of things could have happen over a year's time that might have had nothing to do with Vendoo.

I have had that happen as well. Also caught sales that are not being delisted that sold on other platforms. Time to move on from Vendoo.
Thank you for the response.

That's the thing when comparing other months and years we were seeing a consistent increase in sales from year to year. That's why I have been wondering about Vendoo.
Thank you for your response.

I am using Vendoo for two years now.
It hasnt affect sales, actually help to relist much faster.. I do their delist feature does list similar instead of relist.
My biggest drop in sales is the down/dry months are even worst than before.

The relist feature is nice and much faster I agree. Do you build your listing in eBay than import to Vendoo? Or do you do everything in Vendoo?
Thank you

I do everything in Vendoo now. Except the video upload which I can only do on Ebay. From there it just takes me seconds to crosslist to the other platforms.
Vendoo solves the following for me:
1. Vendoo serves as my secondary inventory, since past listing are deleted 90days on ebay I have that saved on Vendoo if I ever get similar item. It has saves the sale data.
2. cross platform - to not put all the eggs in the basket. You just have to understand QTY management to ensure items are properly corrected after each sale. Items with Multiple Quantity are not automatically changed in the store, it is a manual edit.
3. auto delist/relist - once set up it saves a lot of time.

Don't do it! Here is the truth. Vendoo sells over priced glitchy software that makes you do just as much work as if you are entering your listings on each selling platform yourself. People have lost their accounts on major selling platforms because of them. Don't jeopardize your eBay account, you only get one! And when things go wrong, you don't get any useful help from the customer support. Furthermore, never give them your credit card. They will charge after you cancel and they don't refund at all. They are a scam start up company that won't last very long. Everything is very beta and there are much cheaper and better companies out there. Check out their grade F on the Better Business Bureau they haven't answered one complaint because they have no leg to stand on. Same goes with their one star on Trustpilot. There you will get your TRUE reviews about this company if you don't believe me. Good luck and don't throw your money away at these scammers!
