Like the buyer blocked list, ebay should have a "Do not buy from list", there are times when I've had a bad experience with a buyer/seller that I would never buy from in the future, but I forget, a list for this would be helpful. Any thoughts

I agree, buyers should be able to block certain sellers so that we can't buy from them. In fact I don't even want to see their listings, and I've made several suggestions to ebay via "Tell us what you think" but so far no dice.

You cannot simply block a seller the way that a seller can block a bidder or buyer, but you can exclude the seller's items from appearing in a specific search.
From your search results, go to the Advanced Search page to the seller section, select "only show items from" and then check "exclude". Enter up to ten seller usernames separated by commas and hit "search". Then bookmark or save the search results.
If you use the bookmarked or saved search results as the basis for further searches, you can continue to exclude those sellers' items from your results.

Chances are that if you've let the seller know your dissatisfaction and left appropriate feedback, the seller will have already taken care of the "I would never buy from in the future" part.
But sometimes things change, and despite not being 100% happy how something turned out with a seller, at a later date I've occasionally found they were the only ones with the item I wanted. So personally I would not like to make some sellers and their items disappear. For me to do that they would have to be so bad that ebay would probably already taken care of them.

That is a feature people have wanted. eBay has never added such a thing. Could be it would add to big a load to their servers.

I agree with the OP. eBay should have a function like this. But as you said, even if eBay doesn’t have this function there are ways for you to get on that specific seller’s blocked buyer list. For example, message the seller and say “Put me on your blocked buyer list right now or I will buy something from you and make your life a living nightmare.” Lol. As far as I know that doesn’t violate any known policy because you aren’t referring to a purchase you made. And as a seller if someone wrote that message to me, you’d bet I’ll put them on my blocked list so fast.

Of course that violates eBay policy. Making threats to users is a quick way to get banned from the platform. Would not advise that at all.
Buyers should remember who they purchase from. How many sellers would one have bad experiences that would need to do this? (2 or 3 at the most?)
