My EBay seller feedback should be 100% but is listed as 0%

I have only sold 1 item on EBay, and that was years ago, but got a 5-star rating from the buyer. I also have only positive feedback as an EBay buyer. I don't mind being listed as a new seller, but if a percentage is shown it should be 100% not 0%!

In the General Campaign, fees are usually deducted after the product is sold as per the fixed percentage. However, when I ran a General Campaign ad, $4 was deducted per click, which was unexpected. why?
