I wish I would’ve asked the community questions before! You guys are so helpful and this is fun to talk to other people who are doing what I’m trying to do here.
Question: Do you guys systematically lower your prices or do you just lower them when your instincts tell you it’s time to? Or, do you have a set price and you just leave it at that? I usually lower my prices about 10% at a time period and I don’t have any system or record of how long they were at a certain price before I decide to lower them.
Im curious how other peopłe do it?

I never do discounts. However I have best offers set up on all of my items. I have a Minimum amount set for best offers so when one comes through I automatically accept it. I am thinking about doing a per cent off sale in January but that's yet to be seen.

I use ebay complete listings to determine an asking price.
The only time I discount is if a buyer wants a quantity of items I might make a deal. Sometimes 'I don't want
to make a deal, and I don't. I do occasionally go thru my listings and look at the listings that I can "Make an offer" and will do so on listings that have begun to age.
It really depends on what it is, how does it sell, And my mood.

You have some really classy and very unique things. I can not imagine that anyone would want it just because it was 10% reduced. Either they like or not.
And remember that the discount comes right out of your profit. Costs stay the same. So a 10% disount could pretty much wide out any money you are trying to make.

Sometimes I decide to have a little price-slashing party. Then when it's over, I feel so bad about it that I have a little price-increase party on some other stuff to make up for it. In the end, it's all a complete waste of time.

I don't discount items on eBay but I do discount on some of the other sites I list on where the fees are cheaper or I don't have to worry about shipping, returns, damage, etc. If after awhile the item does not sell on any forum I simply take it to a consignment auction house and it brings what it brings at auction. I have sold several items through the auction house for way more than I had them listed for on eBay even with the added cost of the shipping. Some also sell for less but on average better than 80% of the items sell for more than what I had them listed for on eBay.

I might drop the price a little after a year or two.

Since we sell in vastly different categories, my pricing strategies are different. I have a set price and it may go up over time as general market prices go up. When I discount it's by running sales and promotions, not by lowering the price.
Not sure if it's a typo or not, but did you realize you listed figurines for $2 or best offer @treasuresforyou2? Between eBay fees, bubble wrap, etc it appears that $2 is an error.

I drop my prices usually 10 to 12 percent every month for a couple of weeks and then prices go back up until I drop them again the following month. My sales increase every time I do this.

The sort of buyers who could afford to buy your items are unlikely to be swayed by a 10% discount, but that is just my opinion.
With my own listings, I slash the price to the bone if it has been sitting there for more than 3 months.
If a listing has a reasonable amount of views, I may convert it to an auction. An auction telegraphs that the item may be gone in 7 days, so if someone is thinking about it, they need to make a decision soon instead of procrastinating.

Your post really made me laugh, as I saw myself in it.
I'm having one of those price-slashing parties right now...

Is tjere a way to do a sale? That would be better period on the other side that I use when I lower the rate, it automatically shows the percentage that it’s discounted from the original price, but not on eBay period can you tell me how to do that?
Those little figurines came with another item that I bid on in an auction period I’m just trying to find somebody who wants them. It’s $2 +$8 shipping, which should cover the cost of shipping.

Thanls for ypur repły.
I like that idea period so far, I have just been accepting any offer, and I don’t take the time to send out offers to people who like it period if I took the time to figure out how to automate that stuff, it would probably be more effective and easier.
