to I recently sold sneakers to 2 different individuals that required me to send the packages to the same address, assuming to be sent to their locations since their actual locations weren’t displayed. However the packages went to the wrong locations and one of them had gotten a pair that was meant for the other person.
I believe somehow the tracking numbers were probably mixed up when put in eBay and now I have no idea how to fix this issue as I have never dealt with this before. What do I do???

Incorrect, not the size.
Both sneakers are a size 7.
the only difference is the sneaker type
Sneaker A is: the Black/Red 13’s
Sneaker B is: the Black/Red 12’s

The number after the Jordan is the type of sneaker, it has nothing to do with the size. Both sneakers are a size 7

I don’t know if me giving the post office all the the boxes in the same order could’ve been the issue. Hopefully this situation could work out for all parties involved
no, I'm sorry but I don't see how having all the boxes in the same (pickup?) order could have anything to do with this.

i think it could be possible that maybe I had sent the wrong the tracking number(s) to the “Add tracking number” option.

😆 🤣 sorry bout that, sneakers are not my specialty! But now I see where a mistake could be made!

OK about the only thing I can think of is this: when you get the other Jordan shoes notification email that the authentication is completed and they have sent these out to the 2nd buyer, you need to reach out to them also.
Correspond with both buyers and send out a corrected shipping label and have both buyers send each other the shoes. Those tags that the authenticator puts on the shoes must remain intact.
But you need to get a hold of both buyers at once and let them know there is an issue.

I’ve already been speaking to Buyer A about the issue, which Ofcourse they are upset (I would be too).
I have reached out to buyer B, however they have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them

Buyer A has Buyer B’s sneakers.
Buyer A claimed he is going to return the sneakers (sneaker B) to me on Monday. However Sneaker A has not been authenticated and the tracking has not updated since it made it to the hub. But on April 6, there was a separate shipping update and it was sent to my house. Which is what I believe is Sneaker A.

My comment, OP's upvote and OP's response to my comment have all been removed without a trace or notification. Because I said it's the authenticator's responsibility that buyer does not receive wrong shoes.

OK I miss understood sorry,
So the authenticator has now shipped the sneakers to buyer B. And you have contacted them about this matter but with no reply?
I'm glad that your buyer A is assisting you in this matter, your right he's probably not happy about it.
Keep us informed, Silver

Sure sounds like Sneaker A was sent back to you because it failed authentication.
Tracking doesn't always show delivered, especially to an address which receives a lot of packages.
So @surn14 it seems Sneaker A
- was received,
- failed Authentication,
- is on its way back to you,
and buyer B will get a full refund.
And it sounds like you handwrote the wrong code on the label as you were talking to Buyer A that got Sneaker B.

I have noticed this as well, after you just mentioned it. I have not found the comments since

Thanks for the tags on this @lacemaker3 & @silverstatetreasureboxes!
Hi @surn14 - this is definitely a tangled one, but I have a general course of action for you that it sounds like you may have already taken:
The best course of action is to have the Buyer open a return request and contact CS. The return may auto-close because of the AG category, but CS can help review and appeal.
Obviously we want to get the shoes back to you so you can then get them out to the buyers involved. With a return open CS should work with the buyer to verify (they'll usually ask them to provide photos of what they received) and then help them arrange return shipping back to the authenticator, who will pass the shoes on to you.

Quick question, what does CS mean? I am new to the terminology.

Issue, the sneakers (A) that were sent to the authentication site has not left that building since. I have checked usps for the package that I believed was the sneaker (A) and it wasn’t that. And sneakers (B) that buyer A received has not attempted to return them.
