to I recently sold sneakers to 2 different individuals that required me to send the packages to the same address, assuming to be sent to their locations since their actual locations weren’t displayed. However the packages went to the wrong locations and one of them had gotten a pair that was meant for the other person.
I believe somehow the tracking numbers were probably mixed up when put in eBay and now I have no idea how to fix this issue as I have never dealt with this before. What do I do???

Received this notification for Buyer B’s case.
as for Buyer A; they never sent me the sneakers back or even attempted to send them back. I attempted to contact them, and it has been days with no response in return.

Another update:
I don’t know how long this is going to remain on there, I still have a balance in the funds that are on hold. What do I do?
