I'm searching for an answer to an important question about accepting bids, but the following message appears "The content you are looking for has been archived. View related content below." But there are no related content responses and archive is not helpful. What can one do?

If you're the seller, you don't need to accept bids on an auction format listing (like your two listings that have now ended without bids). eBay accepts the bids when they are placed by the bidders; the seller does not get to review them and accept them. So, you can't find that content because it doesn't exist.
If that's not what you were trying to find out about, then please explain what you need to know.

Can you expand on your question.

I have buyers who have bid with due dates earlier than the dates that the items are expiring. Should a seller accept a bid prior to the seller's due date?

Sounds like you're talking about an offer, not a bid.
If a buyer makes an offer and you're willing to take it, accept it.
If not, let the auction run.
