Has anyone else noticed their Promoted Listing Impressions dropping by a huge amount all in one day around 1/23 - 1/24? And yes my listings are still promoted in a steady state with no changes. Obviously my sales have dropped by almost the same amount. Ideas?

Contact eBay through the Live Chat option. Explain that your account has seen impressions drop precipitously and ask to have your store "refreshed" - you may see an improvement in 24 to 48 hours.

Sorry, there is no immediate fix.

I did contact them, and they suggested "refreshing" my store. No change 1 week later.

Yes, this happens to my account every 3 months or so. Steady daily sale for 2 months suddenly decreases to 10% of previous month sales. EBAY cutting traffic due to ???? Happened to us in Feb2021, Sept/Oct2020, july2020. No change in product or seller status - just huge drops in traffic...

I've got same issue , my PL dropped from 30K per day to 300 per day. Had my store refreshed 2 days ago. I spoke with a supervisor just now , who put in a ticket to tech. He called back and said they do not have any glitches on their side. Suggested to increase the AD rate. Admittedly I've been putting in 1% rate but it's been working fine until now. Not sure what else to do , if anyone has suggestions i'd love to heat it - thanks -

Let it recover. This happens to my listings all the time and I think it's all part of the search engine algo where they like to spread out promotions to all sellers.

My Listing impressions dropped 49% I don't know what else to do, I've already contacted eBay through the chat several times, asking for a refresh my store, they say they don't refresh the store anymore, how to solve this?

some listings aren't even being promoted, I've put 20% to promote and even that isn't working, before I sold a lot of products a day, from the beginning of July my sales dropped so much that there are days I don't even sell any products.
I tried several times to solve with eBay

just answer me that
We no longer refresh the store because we have updated our system and that no longer works.

how to solve this?

I was just reading that a lot of impressions dropped after ebay released the new promoted listing advanced. People panic when their sales dropped and started using the new promoted listings advance. Unfortunately this is causing the same sponsored items to keep reappearing in the thread giving shoppers "buyers fatigue". Instead of seeing all the new products they have to keep saying no to the ones that reappear often.
