Has anyone else ever experienced this? I have been on here for 20 years and this is a first. Each winner has tried to pay several times, and no money shows up to eBay. It will say pending on their end, but then it cancels. I have spoken to three agents today who said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my account and so it's the buyers. All 13?? The third agent agreed that this happening to all thirteen people is a concern, but that there is nothing wrong with my account. BUT THIS DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT HAPPENING. So frustrated. I have spent the better part of my day doing damage control with frustrated customers between phone calls. I am the soul parent of a child with autism who does not have time for this. They said they were going to put a "ticket" in, and that I would get an email about it. This was hours ago. Still no email. Do I call them again? Is bugging them the best way to get through? Is there a way to skip past the agent to someone higher so there isn't this go between anymore? I'm not even sure these agents fully understood me and are giving their "back office" the correct or all the information.

Turn the buyers loose on eBay they cater to them and one sellers voice carries a lot less weight than 13 buyers calling in with the same problem. Explain to them that it is not your account and you have talked to eBay CS but they have done nothing. EBay wonders why it is loosing buyers?

Have you gotten set up with managed payments?

Oh yes, I definitely am. I received payments from other auctions 2 days ago with no problem.

I have no idea what the problem is, but it is definitely not the 13 buyers with the problem. Something in your account is not set up right. It would have to do with managed payments processors. I am not even sure if there is a number to call them but that is where you need to start. CS reps are net set up for your situation so don't rely on them. They will tell you anything you want to hear.

THIS is what I also recommend.
Tell each buyer that ebay customer service has stated that there is a problem on the buyer's end and they need to contact ebay to fix it. Tell the buyer you talked to 3 different ebay reps.
IN fact, I would NOT even tell the buyers that you have all those other buyers with the same problem. Ebay has already stated that the problem is not from your end.

Yes I would reply to each with a nice, hello, as a seller I can not address technical issues, please contact customer service, I will hold items ect ect kinda thing, and hope they don't just log out and ditch the site.

I bought something last night using PP and noticed today that the payment, which is usually fairly instant, was still pending. I refreshed the screen and it was ok, but gave me pause for a second. Had never happened before.

Anyone here think that perhaps it's a glitch, or a hack attempt, or a phone company issue? Why would it be just the OP? It happened to me, as a buyer, and I didn't buy the item from the OP. I don't think. Maybe I should check. LOL.

Nope, OP was not the seller I bought from.

Are you Sure is there anything wrong in your accout? did you double check it?if its ok, please contact ebay live support or give them a call..

This sounds like yet another "glitch" with eBay. Since CS has checked out his account several times and other buyers have been able to pay him there is some common thread between the 13 buyers that cannot pay him. That would be the logical assumption since it is eBay/Adyen that the buyer is actually paying since the OP is under MP. If he was not and PayPal was still the financial processor then there would be a possibility that it was the OP's account. In this case it's something about the 13 buyers. Possibly location, payment method......

I've had that happen many times before on various sites. Depending on the website's payment processing system, it can take a few minutes for a PayPal charge to actually clear.
When I buy more points in one of my crane game apps it tends to take 5-10 minutes for the charge to fully clear in PayPal.
