Customer service not even reading our emails

Supposed to get responses in 24 hours. Few aren't even responded to. I've now found they are just there to respond, not support. I've even got nonsensical replies that don't even make sense and have nothing to do with what I asked. They couldn't even understand what I was asking. I think people are failing to admit is this is costing us money and is just that...a money matter. We don't come here to look at listings and eye shop. Nor do we come here to list and run into problems and end up paying seller fees.

I think I can say that support has totally lost any value on eBay. Covid is not an excuse. If anything the support should be even stronger at times like this.

You just are stonewalled and nothing else.
