Hello Friends,
Where can I find an accurate count of all the current store listings I have in, say... collectibles, DVDs & Movies, etc...? Are there downloadable reports, or spreadsheets with this data?
I would like to minimize my expenses by not upgrading my store subscription from a Basic Store subscription to the Premium Store subscription.
I have a basic store subscription, and I recently signed up for managed payments so I should be receiving an additional 100 fixed price listings with zero insertion fees (from 250 listings to 350 listings). Another benefit is an additional 10,000 zero insertion fixed price listings in select categories so I definitely want to take advantage of this, but I won't be able to calculate how many listings I can list before passing my listing threshold per category.
Thanks all!

Go to Seller Hub>>Listings>>Active
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Use the Search Function to select listings by Category
If you have a Store, the default is by Store category. Change it to eBay Category)

Wow, 10,000 more? Ebay must be getting desperate or they lost a lot more of us with MP than they are letting on.

I didn't realize I could sort by "eBay categories" there. The categories in that section looks to be in the ballpark but not the exact terminology that they usually use when talking about....i.e. final value fees, or insertion fee.
Thanks for sharing!

I have the same question, same purpose.
The categories in the search aren't exactly the same.
Does anyone know if there is a way to download a spreadsheet of active listings that includes the categories?

I'm still seeking the answer to this question. I'm sure there's many small businesses trying to save a few bucks on store subscriptions.
If I do not find the solution in time, I will probably leave my store subscription at the current Basic Subscription. However, there is a possibility that I will be charged an insane amount of insertion fees since I am beyond the initial 250 zero insertion fee listings (350 listings when management payments begin). Should I find out that I listed outside of the categories gifted by the "managed payments" program, and decide to upgrade at that time, will the insertion fees be retroactive from the time of the last invoice received?

I found a work around solution. It's not necessarily what we want to hear but you can follow the steps below to find how many items you have listed per category.
Go to Seller Hub, click your User ID, click items for sale, click on the first bold category you see on the top left hand corner of the page, look at how many results you have for that category. You can keep a tally this way and see if you surpass the additional zero insertion fee listings that were added as a benefit for those who enrolled in Managed Payments. Repeat by clicking on the different bold categories on the left-hand column to review the results in that category.

@treasurestadium That is very helpful, thank you! I have never navigated that way to my listings before. Thanks!
