Create listing

I want to create my first listing on ebay but when I go to www.ebay.com i click the button sell on the top left hand corner.But it does ot open welcome interface for listing it goes to selling main page.can you tell me what can I do?

Thank you for your given cooperation .but there's a problem when i touch the word sell,idon't get the welcome interface for selling.

Have you signed up for Managed Payments, Payoneer and registered with Sri Lanka?

Did you go through the process of becoming a seller prior to trying to sell? Good luck and remember to always have the lowest price, free shipping, and give a full refund to the buyer after they leave feedback.
