First off, this FB was left under one of my other selling ID's. I have never had anyone leave this type of feedback which I would assume is a no-no per eBay's policy but I am not sure if I should contact eBay to have it removed. The buyer left positive feedback which was complimentary but............ they decided to also add my full name, including the middle initial in the feedback. I am not even sure where my middle initial shows up in my eBay communication as I am not one to use it. Even though it is a positive I am feeling uncomfortable with having my name thrown out there in any feedback left, especially since I sell coins. I would appreciate any thoughts from other sellers on this one. THANKS MUCH!

I'd ask for removal. That's why we use monikers. Geez...

That's what I am thinking. Thanks!

Thanks, my thoughts also.

Good luck, and please let us know what happens.

That is totally inappropriate of the buyer, and shows lack of common sense of the buyer
Have it removed for your own welfare

Might be a good idea to block the buyer. It's a bit creepy.

Here's the FB left - minus personal info.
"this man John M. Smith from (business name) coins is sure on top of things!"

Thanks, eBay just removed it. Thanks for everyone's input. I hated losing a positive FB but it was just not worth it. I don't have anything to hide, but I don't need my name plastered on a billboard with what I sell. Many thanks!

Yes, I would agree. The buyer only had 10 FB and is the first time they have purchased from me. Good suggestion.

That's great news, thanks for the update. You probably want to put that user on your blocked bidders list.

Why block them when a simple explanation will remedy the issue?

Yep, I agree now that you mention it. I will thank them and just add a note. Thanks

You should call EBAY and have them remove the feedback. I can understand why you don't want your full name and city of residence for everyone to see.
