I am an intermediate seller with over 400 sales or something, and I was looking to sell a big ticket item for 1,750. It got a bid, then a day later was taken down and my account suspended. It was a makeup product and I didn't include any company names in the title, description, or tags. Could it have been because I included the company name in a picture of the listing? Thanks.

OP, if your original listing was pulled, and you re-listed omitting the company name thinking that was the issue, that could be why your account is suspended. That suspension could be temporary or it could be permanent, so sorry.
It is not a good idea to re-list a listing that has been pullled, because that listing is now on Ebay's radar and will most likely be pulled again, with the result that you experienced.
Generally when a warning is received, it is serious, and if you continue with that behavior, this is what happens, sorry to say.

It is temporary during my biggest sales month of the year, October. They said it was copyright. I bought it from some place in the grand canyon, and and now selling it because I needed the money. They said it was copyright.

Perfectio Plus Anti Aging Device for retail 4,700 and ebay about 2,000. It was made by zero gravity.

I recieved one prior, not before. It was a copyright issue. Something about veto? Or was it vevo?

Nope. Used my own pictures. And I didn't want people to think I was Zero Gravity selling it retail (maybe thats why they took it down...?)

Yes. It was initially taken down (I had the brand and company name in title and desc.) so I relisted it without the names and I thought it would work.

Of course you are able to put the company name in the title if the item was legitimately made or came from them.
Either someone reported you because they thought the item was fake. Or that company is a VERO member and asked ebay to take it down.
You then went on the bot's radar. So they removed it again. As you saw trying to circumvent it by omitting the company name did not work.
Best advice, do not list it again.

Probably because you relisted after they had already taken it down? Not supposed to list it again if it was removed.

It was Vero as I explained in my other post. The owner of that company, as a VERO member can ask ebay to take the listing down, which they will immediately do.

So you relisted it after it was already taken down once. That is probably the reason for your suspension. If the original takedown was a VERO take down, you have to follow the VERO procedure to be allowed to relist it.
If it is some sort of device, the VERO take down is more likely to deal with Patent infringement than a copyright issue.
You may want to seek competent legal advice from an attorney that handles those types of cases.

That will do it.

The problem is that you are listing the product as "New" and the trademark holder will claim that this misleads/confuses the customer. Since you are not an authorized reseller of their product, there is no warranty included with the purchase, thus misleading the buyer. They also will claim that they cannot know that the product you are selling is authentic or up to their standards. I suspect that you have been given a suspension and will not be able to relist or revise your listings for a set period of time. Do not relist or they may show you the door.

There are two thing going on here that are blatantly obvious (based on looking at your previous listings).
1 - Illegal abuse of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by the manufacturer
Previous comments about new/used, patents, warranties or authorized/unauthorized dealer are ALL spurious and irrelevant. NONE of these things are cause for action under the DMCA. The OP's listings did not contain copyright images either so toss that one out as well.
2 - The OP was incredibly naive to think they could simply remove the brand name.
eBay's Vero notices are clear and explicit both to how the recipient of the notice should proceed if they wish to contest the notice and the ramifications of a repeat offence.

I saw the OP's completed listings and although I don't know whether it's authentic or not, the pictures are the OP's own and don't infringe on the images of the company. The descriptions weren't plagiarized either.
As for VeRO, the company's VeRO rep can remove the listing if they believe the stuff is counterfeit.
Although there are lots of posters who post otherwise, VeRO CANNOT arbitrarily remove listings just because they don't want their items resold on ebay. And if they do so, they risk class action lawsuits for violating First Sale Doctrine as well as loss of VeRO status.
