In the past whenever I get buyers who haven't responded to a crucial message within a few days, I would send a follow up message to ask if they saw my old message that required a reply. I would also copy/paste that old message into the body of the new message just in case.
But now the way ebay shows all of our communication messages like a continuous text log, should I still copy/paste the old messages or just tell them to "scroll up"? That old message is literally directly above my new message that I just typed.

Telling them to scroll up feels somewhat passive-aggressive, even if it's not meant that way. I can't imagine it would come across well in the message. I would probably say something like, "as mentioned earlier," and then copy/paste the same message, which still could be somewhat passive-aggressive, but I think would come across better? Maybe someone else has an even better suggestion.

If is was doing it, cut and paste the old message once again. Nothing more
Hope for a response...
