Does anyone know how to get in direct contact (with a live person) at eBay with a problem. I can't leave seller feedback.

I wish I knew because I've been having the same problem for days now .I looked for a spot to report this problem to ebay but the choices you have are so specific there aren't any that pertain to this issue and you can't get to contact e bay without choosing one .This morning I used the ''tell us what you think '' icon on the upper right hand corner and reported this problem that way . Hopefully someone will see it and pass the message on to the tech department .

I doubt its because the OP didn't pay . I've paid for several items in the past few weeks but I can't leave feedback for any of them. IMO This is a technical problem because there's others as well as myself and the OP who are having this exact same problem .

Many of us are experiencing this glitch or what ever. Your best move would to contact FB opposed to Ebay's customer service. They'll tell you there's no problem and move you along:

I wouldn't be surprised if they are busy as well with many of these complaints but I'd still give it shot.

I just now left feedback for two items that came today. I am on desk-top using Microsoft Edge. Could it be the device you are working with and what search engine you are running?

Did you mean you cannot leave FB as a seller, or that you cannot leave FB for a seller?
Is this a fairly recent occurrence? I ask because I see lots of FB that you've left in the past month both for buyers and for sellers.

Have you tried to leave it from the seller hub? It's in the orders section under Shipped and awaiting your feedback. That is the easiest way. Other routes are probably being discontinued to streamline and make running the platform cheaper.

With a problem like this, I usually just wait a few days and come back and try again since eBay has probably been contacted a 100+ times concerning the same issue.
I look at it like a waste of time, contacting eBay, especially if the problem is not inhibiting me from making money. I move on to the next task and that is just me.

You can contact customer service through the "Help and Contact" link at the top (and bottom) of most pages. It's topic driven. I used "getting paid" to get to a cs person. Here are three pics that lead you to it based on questions regarding receiving payouts. You can probably use this path for any topic as the CS people seem to be open to helping with any situation.

That opens the chat bot. There you have the option to contact an agent. They will call you or you can call them.

eBay recently changed the feedback form you are looking at, most likely.
If you are having trouble entering a comment and seeing a sample comment, that is not actually a real feedback comment, just a suggestion or hint.
You should be able to enter a comment by putting your cursor in the comment field, clicking, and then typing or pasting in a comment. Just ignore the hint that eBay displays; it should disappear when you start to enter a new comment.
If you are unable to enter a new comment, try using a different page to leave feedback. If you are a seller, try going through Seller Hub. Or try this link:

If that does not work, try another browser to rule out browser issues.
