Combined shipping adds tracking - but doesn' t - shows as defects on my seler level reports

When I do my combined shipping, one invoice, one buyer, one paypal payment, print them through ebay, ebay shows ship so many items, and then, shows that order is complete for all of them paid and shipped, and there is nothing indicating anything is amiss, marks them automatically as shipped. Cople weeks later, in my report it shows as tracking not uploaded at all!!! When I finally upload the tracking, assuming that the system should be smart enough, to be able to see the printing date, it does not, and they show them as uploaded late, still defect just the same.

When I talk to ebay the useless talking heads at custoemr service they either do not even get the problem, or are in complete denial that ebay has glitches. I think it is super unfair, especially since it affects my search standing and fees. It is defauding selers is what it is. And it has been goin on for months. You would think their programming has some checks and balances in place and test run it.

Anyone else? Any sucess removing defects?

Talking to CS is like talking to a concrete wall- nothing gets through it. Just give up. Sorry but they will eventually tell you the defects will be removed in a few days to get you off the phone but the defects will remain.

What defect? Failure to upload tracking isn't a defect. I don't use tracking at all and have 0 defects.

When you add it later, it looks like you shipped later.   Yes, this is another glitch in the system.  We have to manually add the tracking number to all the items when the label is printed.

You must have gotten more succesfuul, becasue I never even got to the promise remove something, since eBay doe s not have technical problems, ever, as we know. But the level of attetude from CS is close to a fraud. Twice I was given non existen emails to send my scans to. Ubelievable! So what did you do? Because at this point I am realy mad.

The problem is that in my " paid and shipped"  tracking number shows up just fine and eBay system considers shipping has been done and I do not have any more orders left. And then it changes in the report.

I frequently ship multiple items (from a single order) in one package with one tracking number.  Never have I had the system report any of the items as uploaded late.

If I have two separate orders to the same person and I combine those items into a single package, I do have to update the tracking number on the second item manually, even if eBay "combines" the order for me on the bulk shipping pages.  In the case of multiple order I know that I need to go back and make sure that the tracking number appears on all the orders correctly.

The system uploads tracking number only to the first item, not to the rest of them. The tracking is uploaded late because it is uploaded late, when I see it in the next months report that they did not add it. If there are separate items, eBay will tell you that item still needs to be shipped, and add tracking manually, I have done this, but in this case, eBay at the time, marks them all as shipped and all my orders complete, they become " paid and shipped" - all of them.

Response: What do you get on your dashboard under category: Item tracking uploaded and validated? No tracking and no validation means a negative.
Have gotten negatives for my first class letter size shipments even after the buyers leave positive feedback.
