I just had a refund issued to a buyer with no case being opened, no return requests and no explanation and tracking shows due for delivery today. (I also checked PP and no returns etc opened there either, just the refund).
On hold with ebay right now. Wait time of 18 minutes and press 1 to have them call back is not working.
eta: I am NOT in GD and the sale was on 12/21, shipped on 12/22

SUPPOSEDLY THEY NOW "NOTIFY" YOU OF A DISPUTE UNDER THE BELL ICON - WELL THERE WERE no NOTIFICATIONS (i WOULD HAVE NOTICED) AND THERE SURE ISN'T ONE THERE FOR THE CURRENTLY OPEN 'UNDER REVIEW' ONE EITHER.

So, checking my email account, it appears the "open under review" one has been closed in my favour.
Next question is wth the first one wasn't as I shipped it to the address THEY gave me. Still on hold for disputes. Oh, and interestingly NO emails about that one.
