Changing pre-set feedback

When I make a sale, there is an automatic feedback given at moment of sale.  I want to change this so that I can give personalized feedback at some other point in time.  How do I change this ? Where do I go in my listings or account to do this?  thanks

Look under your "Site Preferences" and then "selling preferences".  Automatic feedback is the first option.
