Changing eBay Landing Page

Okay – either I'm a complete idiot (a distinct possibility), or it's not possible to change your my eBay landing page from "selling overview" to "active selling".

So far I've tried using the "change" link on the classic selling page - nope... my eBay still takes me to selling overview.

Tried clicking the little bookmark icon on the (new) active selling page – nope... my eBay still takes me to selling overview.

Tried looking at the site preferences to see if there were some way of changing it there – nope.

Checked to see if there was an option on the selling overview page itself that would allow it to be changed to active selling - are you kidding?!? Of course not - that would make too much sense.

So please, someone, tell me how to change the my eBay landing page away from that godawful overview to just the active selling page. (pretty please)

I just use a Chrome browser bookmark to store this URL (below), and place the bookmark in the banner line of the browser window so that it's always visible:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

This jumps me past all the rubbish on the main eBay splash screen. If I'm not currently logged in when I click that bookmark, it invokes the standard login page first if needed.

Re: Changing eBay Landing Page

Not all pages can be set as a My eBay landing page. Some pages lack the proper link (most seller hub pages, I believe), and other pages may redirect to a different page entirely -- that seems to be the case for older pages that are no longer supported.

You may have to find some other method such as bookmarking, or setting that page as your browser home page.

Re: Changing eBay Landing Page

Despite all eBays efforts to remove the one thing everyone cherished and forced sellers into a matrix of boxes and graphs like a digital gestapo. There is a portal back to the much loved Classic All Selling Ebay UI, here it is spread it like wildflower:

Re: Changing eBay Landing Page

That link (which I have been using) now only brings up the first page of the old Classic All Selling.

Click to go to page 2 and you're right back to the New Selling Overview page.

At least, that's been my experience since yesterday mid-morning. Before that, everything was working as expected. And then BAM! – only page 1 pulls up as Classic and all other pages take me right to the New view.

On a side note, I've noticed that some functions no longer work on the Classic page. As an example, I make heavy use of the "add note" feature. It's still in the drop down and it does bring up the box to add a note, but it won't save.
